Students leave with a simple and powerful routine built on empirical evidence for goal setting and attainment. The series combines practical theory, physical application, lectures, conversations, and group meditations.

Seasonal long weekend retreat in Upstate New York focused on restoration, creativity, and transition. The retreat blended Pilates, meditation, and multiple yoga modalities, with morning movement practices and evening sessions centered on Yoga Nidra, restorative work, and breath-based regulation. Participants gathered on a private 12-acre property in Ghent in the Hudson Valley, with time for hiking, sauna and steam experiences, and shared chef-prepared local meals. The weekend also included a private ceramics workshop and studio tour with upstate artist Kaitlin Jostad, offering guests the opportunity to learn the Japanese technique Nerikomi and create a piece of their own. Designed to nourish both body and mind, the retreat emphasized practical techniques participants could integrate into their personal practice beyond the weekend.
